MS. MARTINA NICOLA LAZARO is the Managing Partner at Divina Attorneys and a senior practitioner with sufficient experience in diverse legal areas including strategic litigation, mediation, and arbitration, she is one of the founding partners of the firm endowed with remarkable interpersonal and counseling skills. She has attended training in corporate Management and training on handling clients charged of offences of capital nature. Before the inception of DIVINA ATTORNEYS, Martina Nicola worked with MAKOA LAW CHAMBERS one of the big firms in Tanzania for several years. She has been the Managing partner of the Divina Attorneys in the past six years with great achievement.

EMMANUEL P. UKASHU, an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and partner at Divina Attorneys Law Firm having a Bachelor of Laws of Mzumbe University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania . Between 2015 and 2017, he was a tutor in Law at Azania College of Management biased in Commercial law, Administrative Law, Legal Research and Land Law. His areas of practice includes tax consultancies, Corporate, Labour consultancy and consumer protection. In a mean while he is also serving in Executive committee member of the Association of Young Lawyers which is a wing of the Tanganyika Law Society. A bar association of Tanzania Mainland. He is a seasoned analyst of diverse legal, economic and political matters.

EDSON KILATU is a senior practicing advocate being a holder of a Bachelor of Law from University of Dar es Salaam and a Masters in Constitutional and Administrative Law of Mzumbe University. He is a founding partner with immense experience in corporate, labour, public Law and investment Law having handled scores of high profile clients satisfactorily in diverse areas of practice. Between 2008 and 2016 he served as a law Lecturer at Azania College of Management where he served initially as a head of Law Department, Dean of Students and subsequently promoted to the capacity of Deputy Principal Academic. Between 2019 and 2021 he served as a member in the committee Constitution, Human Rights, and access to Justice Committee of the Tanganyika Law Society and currently a member of the Constitutional Reforms Committee of the Tanganyika Law Society.
